Shipping policy

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Should you enter a P.O. Box in your mailing address, you will be contacted to provide an alternate address, or we would be happy to refund your order.

Please note that Smartliners® products ship from our Canadian warehouse, and all our products are manufactured in Bangladesh. We are not responsible for any duties/tariffs, taxes or brokerage fees associated to your order which may be due upon receipt, depending on your country's guidelines, if applicable. 

If you refuse your shipment upon delivery and is returned to sender, you will receive a refund once the order is returned to our warehouse, less any fees incurred from the transport courier. 

Shipments over $125 USD in value may require a signature upon delivery.
